Comments From Jessi KortmanI have a house minutes from Grant Park in PeoplesTown. It's an old four-sided brick duplex that is now a single home. I have two rooms for rent. They are both the same size with private bathroom, ceiling fan, and hardwood floors. The kitchen has updated appliances and granite countertops. The house has hardwood and tile floors throughout. It is fully furnished...or as fully furnished as a college home can be :) I have Dish and wifi.A little about me and my life. I bought this house two years ago and have been working to make it feel more like home...Im almost there! I have two dogs, a Great Dane and Min Pin...crazy combo I know. If you want to know how that happened it's a pretty good story. They are well behaved and stay in my room when I am not home. I go to school full time at Georgia State and am a full time manager at a retail store. I love spending time with friends and having fun. I am sarcastic and try not to let things stress me out... The ideal roommate...I am looking for someone who is easy going and responsible. Someone who will help keep the house relatively clean and understand that I am busy but would love to be friends...when I have time. There is a $200 deposit. I need someone who will sign at least a 6 month lease. If you need any more info or would just like to look at the room, let me know... |
